Delivery Information

Orders are processed Saturday through Thursday. Standard equipment is normally prepared within 2–10 working days, followed by an estimated transit period of 1–5 working days within Egypt.

Custom projects

Made-to-measure rooms and project equipment follow the production and installation programme confirmed in the signed quotation or contract.

Site access

The customer is responsible for confirming safe access, unloading conditions and any special lifting or handling requirements before dispatch.
